When considering making changes to the exterior of your home, please refer to the ACC design standards. An ACC approval form must be submitted before making any changes to the home's exterior/landscaping. The form can be found under the documents/links tab at the top of the page. Failure to get approval will result in fines to the homeowner.

2026 Budget
Assessment letters were mailed to all homeowners on November 19, 2025. Please let us know if you do not receive yours. 2026 HOA fees are due no later than March 31st, 2026. Please mail your payment as soon as possible to avoid 15% late fees.
Our quaint little neighborhood, comprised of 77 homes, is located in the city of Duluth, Georgia - about 25 miles Northeast of Atlanta.
Ivy Station is a covenanted community where every home owner is urged to attend regular meetings of the association, as well as participate on the board and enjoy social functions.
