Assessment letters will mailed to all homeowners. HOA fees are due no later than March 31st, 2024. Please mail your payment as soon as possible to avoid late fees.

Neighborhood Landscaping Day – October 19th at 3:00 PM
Volunteers are needed to help spread mulch and plant pansies at the front entrance. This is a great way to meet your neighbors and help keep our front entrance looking nice!  

Halloween Party – October 31st at 6:00 PM
6:00 PM – Costume Contest
6:30 PM – Trick-or-Treating
7:00 PM – Outdoor Movie
Location: in front of 3885 – 3915. We will also have outdoor games and hayrides.

Our quaint little neighborhood, comprised of 77 homes, is located in the city of Duluth, Georgia - about 25 miles Northeast of Atlanta.

Ivy Station is a covenanted community where every home owner is urged to attend regular meetings of the association as well as participate on the board and enjoy social functions.  If you are already a home owner in the neighborhood and you are interested in a seat on the board, running for an office or have a question, please send  an email to  IvyStationDuluth@gmail.com

When considering making changes to the exterior of your home, please refer to the ACC design standards. An ACC approval form must be submitted before making any changes to the home's exterior/landscaping. The form can be found under the documents/links tab at the top of the page.
